Clinic Manager/2IC - Lidcombe

As one of Sydney's growing businesses, Eden Laser Clinics is looking for a motivated Clinic Manager and 2IC for our Lidcombe store who will provide gold standard service and customer care to all our clients.

The Position:

Your day will consist of managing a team of Laser and Dermal Therapists in providing them with guidance and motivation.

On a daily basis, you will be:

* Providing outstanding service to customers,

* Building relationships with clients,

* Clinic maintenance and presentation,

* Responding to emails, online bookings and phone calls,

* Reporting to your Area Manager and Head Office,

* Leave approvals, rostering, stock orders,

* Co-ordinating training and more.

* Supporting your team through training and guidance.

Your experience will include:

· Beauty/Laser therapy qualifications

· Great customer service

· An interest and passion for the Laser and Cosmetic's industry

· Confident and positive communication skills

· Professional presentation

· Previous laser experience is highly desirable
