Receptionist / Clinic Coordinator Full Time

iSkin is a high end, boutique skin clinic that offers bespoke skin treatments and expert care in the aesthetic space.  We are backed by the most advanced and high tech skin technology, and we have a loyal and long standing client base that trust us implicitly to guide them in their skin journey.

We have a rare (and we are talking very, very rare!) opportunity for a Clinic Coordinator or Clinic Receptionist to join us.

Position: FULL TIME
Hours: Monday – Friday,  hours rostered between 10am – 7pm
Wage: Expands, according to the skills and experience you bring into the position.

Who we are looking for:

This opportunity calls for a highly organised, confident and detail oriented Clinic Coordinator or Clinic Receptionist.

You will be responsible for overseeing the clinic phone systems, computer systems, and coordinating online, phone and in-person bookings to ensure outstanding salon efficiency.

You will also be the first point of contact for most clients, so high-level customer service is essential.
