At Just Cuts™ we are a chemical free hairdressing salon, that are open 7 days a week. No Appointment, No Request - Walk in Service. If you are looking for a rewarding challenge, then this could be the perfect position for you. More about You: • Over 5 year’s experience as a Qualified Hairdresser. • Confident on reception and experience cashing up, stocktake, and rosters. • Ability to drive the team to reach salon targets. • Coach and mentor the team to achieve the goal. • Able to work in a fast paced environment. • Conduct & organise monthly appraisals with the team. • Encourage and provide assistance to others when needed. • Conduct staff training. • Communicate well to others and adapt to become a role model to others. • Communicate daily with salon owner daily figures and KPI’S. • Experience as a Senior Hairdresser in previous role.
