Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and passionate individual to join our team in a diverse role as an Office Assistant for our salons on both personal and business matters in our Fitzroy location, Melbourne Victoria.
The role requires someone who is a high energy, caring, responsible, well organised and detail-oriented. You will be proactive and have the ability to work independently and with our director.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diary management
- Scheduling meetings
- Receipt and expense management
- Personal errands
- Event management
- Provide administration support to the broader team
What you will need to apply:
- Good verbal and written communication
- Excellent administration skills
- Highly organised by nature and excellent attention to detail
- Have the ability to act independently and with a high degree of common sense and initiative
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and person-ability
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High computer literacy is essential and be social media savvy
- A can-do attitude
