•Ena Hair has a large clientele to service, and we are open to you creating your own brand under our umbrella. We are flexible and pay well above other salons, all we require is quality and commitment from you. We would love to create a roster with you that gives you Work life balance. 3-5 day rosters are possible.
• Further education, or leadership positions can be offered, we can discuss your goals together.
• Annual pay rises and earning capabilities are not capped. You can earn up to 90k on a full time roster, with potentially for even more, with ongoing growth and increase in salary as time passes.
• The commission structure is beneficial and our pricing structure allows us to pay qualified hairdressers $30- $35 p/h + with added bonuses. Your hourly rate will be closer to $45 p/h, and we can 100% guarantee you’ll earn commission bonuses almost every week. We will mentor you along the way if need be.
• Plenty of support staff to help you, giving you the opportunity to focus on what you do best. A team to wash and dry your colour work, offer refreshments and clean around you. We make the investment so you can have a great working environment.
• Front of house to take care of your appointments, point of sale and coordinate your day efficiently.
Parking nearby or a train station. Also a great street of shopping, food and bars.
