A unique and exciting opportunity exists for a high performing Beauty Therapist
looking to advance their career while learning on the job. Beauty on Rose is a
progressive, fast-paced salon and skin emporium, which is home to an extensive
range of premium skincare and lifestyle brands. Dedicated to providing new
opportunities and strong career progression we are currently recruiting for a
passionate Team Leader & Trainer (Skin + Beauty).

Whilst we are big on skin and it’s super important that you love it, we are still an all-
encompassing beauty salon, in fact we are the largest in Melbourne so it’s important
that you also see a place for beauty services. An ability to communicate effectively, a
commitment to high calibre performance and achieving KPI’s and a desire to learn
and grow is essential for success in this role.
