The Aesthetic Beauty Industry Council (ABIC) has been created for the industry, by the industry, to unite as one powerfully strong voice. Our goal is to represent the Australian Beauty and Aesthetics Industry, to be an expert voice to government, to advocate for benchmark standards, self-regulation, and to support the advancement of our industry at every level.
As we rapidly continue to grow, we are now reviewing expressions of interest for a Full Time Partnerships Manager
About the opportunity:
Location: With our team dispersed right across Australia, this is a fully remote working opportunity that will require you to work from a home office.
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm AEST
Onboarding: Intensive induction and training will take place via regular zoom meetings
Some of the duties involved in this role are as follows:
Managing relationships to ensure about our members are satisfied and engaged with us
Canvassing new partnerships
Processing and booking activations across our advertising channels.
Being a conduit between the members and the CEO to communicate their industry concerns and initiatives in which they are interested in participating
Working with RTO’s and education providers to bring on board their students into ABIC, as well as induct and administratively process them.
Writing blogs and articles
Writing industry based articles for the ABIC magazine
Working closely with the CEO to communicate industry needs as seen through the eyes of our partners
Contributing to the advancement of industry initiatives through ABIC
Establishing regular communication with our partner members via email, zoom, and other communication channels to ensure maximum participation and value for our partners and ABIC
The skills required for this role are as follows:
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent professional writing and communication skills
Precise booking and scheduling skills
The ability to speak and present in public, appear on live social media broadcasts or podcasts
Strong sales, persuasion and negotiation skills
Excellent and consistent follow through ability
Meticulous attention to detail
Sufficient Computer literacy, and the ability to competently use the Office 365 package, including PowerPoint.
The ability to easily learn software programs such as Monday.com and Canva
